We are searching for experienced or aspiring HealthcareAssistants who would like to start a career within our Mental Health, Learning Disability & Neurodiversity Services.

Our inpatient services operates on a 24/7 shift basis. You will qualify for unsocial enhancements inaddition to basic pay for any unsociable shifts.

The role will require you to hold a Care Certificate but itsnot essential that you already hold this, as we can support you to achieve thiswhilst learning in the role.

Our secure services are focused on providing support for people who have experience with the legal system because of their mental health needs. We aim to provide a safe & secure environment that enables them to receive a wide range of treatments, therapies & care options to assist in their recovery.

Due to the nature of the role, all staff are required to attend & pass a physical restraint assessment as you may be involved in restraint incidents.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to assist multi-disciplinaryteam members in the delivery of care and treatment to people using ourservices. The care provided will encompass social, physical, intellectual,emotional and spiritual needs of the individuals.

You will also be responsible for undertaking practicalprocedures under the supervision of trained nursing staff.
