Are you a time-served Maintenance Electrician looking for an exciting new career opportunity?

Randstad C&P are actively recruiting on behalf of a Global Facilities Management company looking to onboard an experienced Maintenance Electrician to their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, and mechanical plant works at the static site based in Glasgow.

This is a permanent, full-time role. The main working hours will be Monday to Friday, 40 Hours a week.

  • Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with any major or minor maintenance work.
  • Complete all necessary planned, preventative and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales.
  • Responding promptly to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary.
  • Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
  • Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.
  • Candidate Requirements:

  • City and Guilds or Equivalent
  • Previous experience in building maintenance is required.
  • Previous experience within the commercial industry
  • Ability to maintain and repair a range of equipment.
  • Maintenance of Health and Safety policy
