The Training Support Administrator FTC 52 Weeks role is based within our Defence Training business area.

The difference our new Training Support Administrator FTC 52 Weeks will make
As a Training Support Administrator FTC 52 Weeks, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This role allows the team to support the training school, supports efficiency and productivity and internal quality of the training.

Day to day, you will spend mornings on reception, meeting and greeting, sign posting students and being the go-to person for the visitors to the building. You will also conduct internal quality checks for the rest of the team.

Experience:

* Demonstrates the ability to comprehend, assimilate and articulate documentation and procedures
* Demonstrates good organisational skills.
* Demonstrates experience of working in a service delivery environment.
* Demonstrates a knowledge/understanding of security management.
* Effective stakeholder and customer relationship management skills are required
