Robert Half are working with an exciting growing business based in Edinburgh to recruit an Part time Finance Assistant on an interim basis (3-6 months). Our client is looking for an all-rounded Finance Assistant who can work well under-pressure within their friendly finance team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Purchase Ledger – processing invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Assisting with payment run preparation
  • Matching credit card receipts to statements
  • Any other ad hoc duties
  • Must have:

  • At least 3 years accounting experience
  • Experience with sage50 Or Sun Accounts
  • Ideally good excel
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Positive mind-set
  • Team player
  • Salary & Benefits

    £10-11 ph – Remote Working
