Overview:

  • This role plays an important part in meeting the business standards, client commitments and regulatory compliance whilst maintaining a business focus and supporting the company goals. You will be based within the Data Privacy and IT Compliance team and need will need to be pragmatic, customer focused and have a can do attitude.
  • Duties:

  • Monitoring two key inboxes (data privacy, compliance and information security), ensuring all enquires are responded to in a timely manner
  • Updating systems correctly with relevant information
  • Tracking and monitoring the progress of enquiries
  • Being the first point of contact for on all services and efficiently transfer requests to the correct colleague
  • Manage the delivery of Client Requests with Client account managers or directly to the client
  • Manage the delivery of Annual Vendor reviews and any requests directly with the vendor
  • Assist in maintaining company wide Data Privacy and Compliance framework
  • Effectively support change to achieve and maintain essential Security and Compliance certifications
  • Assist in responding to enquiries regarding data security, policies, and procedures from internal colleagues and external partners, clients and vendors
  • Support and manage the delivery of Client Notifications as required to support the IT Manager
  • Contribute to the creation, development, support and, delivery of all Security & Compliance services
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects around the office
  • You’ll also carry out other duties, within the broad scope of your role across the team, as requested by your manager
  • Please note, full trainign will be provided for the right canddiate but you must have an interest in compliance
  • Experience, knowledge and skills required;

  • Experienced working within administration in a fast paced environment
  • A keen interest in information security, data privacy and/or compliance
  • A team player, capable of establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Excellent Microsoft Office / G-suite skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy work environment
  • Proven ability to take initiative
  • Able to work independently
  • Knowledge or experience in GDPR – Desirable
