Fantastic office manager position based in Cheadle for a brilliant well established company.

Monday – Wednesday 10am – 3pm, working 15 hours a week pro rata.

You will be reporting to the CEO and ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities are:

  • Developing and maintaining close relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Have the communication skills to address sensitive, complex and personal information.
  • Develop relationships with external suppliers.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships, whilst controlling costs, contracts and the annual budget.
  • Being the main point person for the office internally and externally ensuring the office is running optimally.
  • Manage all mail in and out of the office.
  • Support managers meetings and manage priority for the directors.
  • Managing the 3rd party suppliers such as cleaners, electricians and other services.
  • Supporting all key meetings including food requirements and set up from suppliers such as M&S.
  • Arranging hotels, lunches and flights for annual trade shows for senior team.
  • Ability to use PowerPoint and excel to present and produce data reports with brilliant attention to detail within a fast paced environment
