Axcis Education is delighted to be working with an excellent Alternative Provision in the Salford area that is looking to appoint a learning support assistant on a longer-term basis as soon as possible with the possibility of it going permanent.The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with challenging behaviour and needs such as: SEMH and ADHD. An understanding of how to engage disengaged secondary aged students is essential. The ideal learning support assistant will support teachers and students with their teaching and learning in small classes of up to 6 students.The Alternative Provision is based across a number of sites in and around Salford. Experienced senior leaders are proud of the alternative provision they offer their students. They provide a tailored environment for young people in their care. They very much see each child as unique and want to caters specifically to their individual needs.The role is full-time with the school keen to meet candidates of interview ASAP.
