. To meet the needs of individual children and to provide a caring, stimulating and interesting environment for them.
To see the child as an individual and to promote growth and development. To enable each child to attain his/her full potential. To have full regard to equal opportunities and inclusion.
To encourage, support and work with parents/guardians to enhance their knowledge and child care skills.
To promote parental interest and involvement in the nursery settings.
To be involved in regular staff discussions and reflection, on a monthly basis at the site you are currently based at working flexibly between the hours of 6.15pm and 8.00pm.
To attend a minimum of four General Staff Meetings per annum. Working flexibly between the hours of 6.15pm and 8.00pm.
