Grosvenor Casino is at the start of our re-launch of our new brand proposition, and we are on the hunt for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing team!

We are looking for creative individuals, that have a background in consumer facing brands, or brands with personality. You’ll bring a strategic and holistic view to this role, where you’ll be supporting the Marketing Director with brand projects in line with the ambitious growth plans for the business. 

As the Brand Manager, you will support the development and execution of the Grosvenor Casinos brand throughout all customer-facing touchpoints. You will be the main guardian of the brand identity, ensuring consistency and compliance with the brand guidelines across channels. 

This opportunity offers the chance to work flexibly, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week from home.

As the Brand Manager you will find yourself: 

  • Delivering support to managing, refining and developing the Grosvenor Casinos brand proposition and ensuring it is delivered consistently and effectively across channels. 
  • Conducting regular brand reviews with internal teams, and in-house and external creative partners.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of the brand PR plan and managing our chosen PR agency. 
  • Developing and delivering the brand social plans and calendar, including social posts, creative development of social assets and the management of our chosen social agency.
  • Assisting the Marketing Director and Heads of Marketing in developing and delivering brand initiatives.
  • Leading in the creation of brand guidelines and tool kits to drive consistency.
  • Creative and Brand Asset Development

  • Supporting the marketing team in the creation of compelling promotions and initiatives.
  • Being the main point of contact with the internal studio and owning the internal web-to-print system. 
  • Supporting the creation of brand assets and campaigns, including organizing photoshoots, etc.
  • Working with Product Heads and other marketers to develop messaging for new offerings within the brand Comms framework. 
  • Liaising with agency partners on creative ideas and campaigns, from writing agency briefs, to managing timelines and delivery of assets.
  • Qualifications

  • Experience of being part of the end to end creation and executing of marketing campaigns.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to develop compelling briefs and bring them alive for our agency partners.
  • Highly organised, committed to delivering exceptional communications for our customers.
  • Experience of managing budgets.
