Robert Half are working with a leading and specialist law firm based in Central Bristol. They have over 7 locations across the UK and Europe and 200 plus employees. As a business they provide a high level of professional service to their global clients. Our Client are now looking for a full time Office Administrator to join their team.

This is a permanent role, based at the offices in Central Bristol, paying up to £28,000 (Full Time Equivalent salary).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all visitors and colleagues.
  • Monitor the switchboard, providing a positive experience for those calling in and the colleagues they are calling. This includes but is not limited to information gathering, routing calls to the correct colleague, answering queries, and fielding sales calls.
  • Support colleagues with the travel booking function of the firm.
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintenance of office suppliers
  • Liaising with colleagues, processing requests as needed
  • Co-ordinate the booking and use of meeting rooms, including maintenance
  • Carry out regular building walks throughout the day to ensure that the office is tidy, and health and safety is always adhered to
  • Providing general administrative support as required
  • Person Specification

  • Must have previous administration experience
  • Able to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with requests
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a professional services environment
