THE ROLE
The PVH Office & Facilities team is a diverse team, covering all aspects of Facilities Management for our London campus within White City, London. The overall purpose of the Office and Facilities team is to provide a safe, inclusive, inspiring and productive environment for all including our Associates, internal global visitors and our customers.
The Showroom Host is the main point of contact for our Wholesale customers, both in and out of selling seasons and ensuring we are always ready to welcome our guests in a highly engaging manner in our inspirational showrooms. The role will report directly into the Office & Facilities Manager and work closely with the full Office & Facilities team and Wholesale team.
This is a full time role, working on site fully, Monday-Friday.
We currently have our offices in Brompton Road and Regent Street. However from the first half of 2023, we’ll be moving to our brand new offices in White City.
Responsibilities include:
Leads the front of house for our UK showrooms for our PVH brands within the UK
Warmly welcome all Wholesale customers, being their key onsite contact
Chaperone customers throughout the showrooms and in-between their appointments ensuring excellent customer service always
Be the go to on-site contact between our Wholesale Customers and the Wholesale team – ensuring a smooth in person transition
Escalate any customer issues to the correct party, in a timely and proactive manner whilst maintaining constant levels of customer experience
Be an onsite ambassador for our brands, understanding our market position and our in season collections
Take the lead on building genuine and authentic relationships with customers by understanding their business and their needs, researching and understanding our different customers and the local Wholesale market
Lead coordination for all in selling season appointments, working through multiple diaries both internally and with our customers
Lead coordination of any Wholesale events both in and out of selling, finding and utilising success measures.
Support with events outside of Wholesale but based within the showrooms and wider campus facilities, including diary management, supporting the project and communication plan
Lead daily set up of the Wholesale showrooms, including high standards, working technology and preparation of customer catering
Ensure the front of house is always well presented and customer ready escalating to the Wholesale Visual Merchandising team where necessary
Work with IT to ensure the digital selling tools are always working and ready for use by the Wholesale selling team
Where required, support with wider Office & Facilities tasks and Wholesale activity
Create the experience process for Wholesale customers, ensuring the process is clear, simple but highly engaging
Lead the daily activities and tasks of the showroom assistants, including but not limited to setting daily priorities and training
