Office Manager

Based in Silverstone, Towcester

Hours – Full-time, Office based

Salary – Up to £30,000 per annum dependant on experience

Our client is a Global specialist distributor and a leading name in the composite and advanced engineering sectors based near Silverstone, Towcester. We provide world-class support to domestic and international technology corporations, as well as members of the public.

Due to internal promotions the team is expanding, and they need an experienced office manager to take on a variety of business administration and customer service responsibilities.

This role will give you a fantastic opportunity to work with a small but fast-growing business in an exciting industry.

The office is based in a peaceful location in the Northamptonshire countryside, offering spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day office management.
  • Business Administration and Customer Service duties.
  • Assist with the management of business quality and compliance matters.
  • Liaising with the company’s outsourced IT specialists and HR provider.
  • Using a range of business support software.
  • Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous office management experience
  • Experience with Quality and Compliance matters
  • Excellent IT skills and experience of full Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks independently and work under pressure
  • Ability to work well as part of a busy team
  • A good eye for detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
