Office Associate  to join our Front Office Team. 

What you will do

As a Front Office Associate you will be responsible for:

  • Providing guests with a friendly and memorable service
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel operations and the services provided
  • Perform check in, check out and handle guest request and queries
  • Follow all cash handling procedures
