Talent Acquisition Coordinator – London
Location: London. Hybrid working is available for this role with 2 days per week at home.
Salary: £28,000 + Service Charge* expected 4k per year
About the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role
This is a fast paced role where you will be supporting the recruitment activities of multiple properties and stakeholders, all at one time. Together with the Hotel HR teams and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will create and maintain partnerships with job boards, educational establishments and social enterprises. Presenting and showcasing Hyatt as an employer of choice is key part of this role, so you need to be comfortable in front of an audience.
Recruitment technology is constantly evolving, you will keep up to date with the latest trends and be curious to source new ways of attracting candidates. You will be tech savvy and embrace digital recruitment streams, from online interviewing to social media campaigns. You will advise on best practise, and highlight areas of development. Previous experience in this area is not essential, but you will need to have an interest in branding, marketing and social media platforms.
This role does entail administration, from posting adverts, preparing presentations and organising interviews. You will be comfortable interpreting data and preparing reports based on recruitment metrics.
