Main duties of the job

We are recruiting General Practitioners on a locum basis to provide online digital consultations (both video and telephone) to our patients.

As members of our clinical team, our GPs will be working alongside a team of healthcare professionals to deliver an overflow service for GP practices who require our assistance to manage increased patient demand. The team incorporates paramedics, ACPs and ANPs.

  • On the NHS England performers list
  • GMC registered with a licence to practice
  • At least two years post-CCT experience in the NHS
  • Previous experience of triage/telephone consultation is essential
  • Commit to working a minimum of 16 hours per week on a regular base
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Comfortable using Emis and / or SystemOne
  • Dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic GPs who want to work differently
  • Compensation: 85 GBP per hour on a locum basis
