Are you a Registered Nurse who has an interest in providing care to patients with Learning Disabilities? Would you like to develop yourself professionally and progress to a band 6?
The Learning Disability Outreach team provides crisis response and intensive support to people with Learning Disabilities who have complex mental health and behavioural needs and are experiencing a period of crisis.
Main duties of the job
Your role will include offering rapid assessment, support and risk management in order to prevent placement breakdown and inappropriate Psychiatric Hospital admissions.
