Position Job Title: Course Sales Advisor

Location: Birmingham Business Park Solihull – B37

Contract Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediately

SALARY & WORKING HOURS (ROTA)

  • Salary is £24,000 per annum + Commission OTE £40k
  • Full Time role, 37.5 hours per week

9.00am – 5.30pm – one week

10.30am – 7.00pm – the following week on a rota basis

1 Saturday per month – 11.00am – 5.00pm

Sept and Jan 12.30 – 8.30pm

2 Saturdays per month

My client is a world leader in providing educational course for students. With partnerships ranging across the nation the possibilities are quite endless. They are so inundated with leads at the moment that the team are expanding rapidly which means that’s where you come in. As long as you have some sales experience (preferably telesales) we want to hear from you.

The Role

My client is currently recruiting for a Driven and Engaging Sales Consultant who will drive the business and essentially change lives – Genuinely! This role is a non cold-calling roll, which means the leads that are generated are from genuine interest and you will only be guiding then through the process to select the right packages and then finally providing a quote for that product.

JOB DIMENSIONS & SCOPE

  • Supporting people fulfil their dreams or help them to achieve their dreams.
  • 100 Calls a day – Some of those will be messages or text messages/emails.
  • Speaking to people but rearranging so organisation is paramount.
  • Closing the sale is key! Consultative selling.

We are looking for people who:

  • Are hungry to earn more money and take advantage of the uncapped commission
  • Have motivation to hit targets
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Can build a rapport with customers and close the sale

NO COLD CALLING – you will only be calling customers who have shown interest.
