Main duties of the job

Being part of the Specialist Care Team you will be required to work at our hospices Woodlands unit, in babies, children and young peoples homes, inthe community or where required to facilitate clinical and holistic care.Working a variety of shifts across a rota including days, evenings and weekendsit gives the opportunity to deliver the highest quality family centeredpalliative care
