We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing team instrumental in delivering new technology and business processes in Russell & Bromley. This role is key to communicating between internal stakeholders, departments and external suppliers acting as ‘translator’ where necessary to convey how IT can support and meet the organisation’s needs.

The postholder will need to understand the current organisational dynamics, identify future needs and support the creation of solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

 

The Role

  • Support the design of new business processes, conducting a thorough analysis of opportunities and alternatives before proposing solutions which optimise business performance and deliver business benefites and efficiencies.
  • Engage and work directly with stakeholders to understand and investigate needs, lead the analysis, planning of projects to meet user needs.
  • Lead workshops and focus groups to establish business requirements.
  • Identify the processes and information technology required to deliver recommendations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, ensuring outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy by contributing to the link between current and future business models and delivering to the business architecture.
  • Communicate the benefits of recommendations made across departments and to stakeholders help to address any uncertainty and concern.
  • Produce written documentation to support work, report on findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary.
  • Support staff and teams in making recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues.
  • Undertake benefits realisation and evaluation of projects delivered.
  • Any other duties reasonably expected to support the organisation.
