Customer Service Agent (no sales calls!)
Start Date – 09/01/2023
Location – Edinburgh City Centre
Shifts -Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00 NO WEEKENDS!!

Job Role:
– Deliver an excellent customer experience over the phone to ensure customer’s need are met to the highest standard.
– Customer relationship management
– Providing outcomes to customers queries and escalation of customer queries where required
– System and database updates
-Team meeting attendance
– Administration duties
