We are working with a client based in Swindon to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their business on a temporary basis. This assignment will go through to Feb 2023, so guaranteed 2/3 months work. Hybrid working will also be introduced after an initial on-boarding process.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience within a transnational finance function, and in particular will have exposure to reconciling high volume transactions, particularly supplier statement reconciliations.

The Role

  • Reconciling on historical transactions
  • Posting and allocating invoices
  • Problem solving and query resolution
  • Preparing journals for posting
