Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and forward-thinking Chartered Physiotherapist with a passion for delivering high quality, patient-centred cardiac rehabilitation. The successful candidate will lead our community-based Cardiac Rehabilitation Team, taking responsibility for daily operational management and the ongoing development of our dedicated rehabilitation team.

Main duties of the job

Central to the role are strong communication and organisational skills, proven specialist clinical skills in cardiac rehabilitation and experience of line management and clinical supervision.

As the team works across multiple sites to deliver patient care, candidates must have a full driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
