JOB ROLE:
Office Coordinator – HYBRID! 3 MONTHS +

JOB TYPE: TEMPORARY

COMPANY: Our client is a leading corporate construction company which is based in the heart of Liverpool Street within stunning offices.

HOURS: 08:30 – 17:30pm

SALARY: £12.05 – £14.05 per hour (£26,000 – £30,000 p/a)

LOCATION: Nearest Tube: Liverpool Street

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Diary management for the Group Legal Director
  • Arranging necessary travel and accommodation for the team when required
  • To partake in several administration tasks for the team
  • Preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes and ensuring the meetings are actioned and completed
  • Booking internal and external meeting rooms and providing/booking refreshments when allocated to
  • Reconciling expenses from the director and company
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings and internal use
  • Typing, printing, distribution and filing and archiving of correspondence and reports
  • SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in administration is required
  • Reliable and personable
  • Ability to be professional in corporate environments
  • Very organised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to use Microsoft Platforms
