Are you a qualified Maintenance Electrician with experience within commercial

environments, looking for a company to offer upskilling and training within a static role?

Randstad C&P are representing our client who are a national facilities management

organisation, seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician who will predominantly be

carrying out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks within the existing FM

contract.

This is a full time and permanent opportunity, site based in Edinburgh.

  • Main duties will include:

  • Responding to and completing the planned and reactive repairs work orders given bythe helpdesk team within the specified time
  • Working a mixture of day and night shifts (as determined by the rota)
  • Carrying out all aspects of Electrical Maintenance tasks
  • Using your own initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained
  • Comply with health and safety policies/legislation
  • Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders
  • The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification that ensures the successful candidate is fully competent and understands the works involved in the job role
  • 18th edition wiring regulations
  • Must hold a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working within FM or the building maintenance industry
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
