Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company within a quality managing role. This role is 100% home-based, with a salary of up to 43,000, plus bonuses.

As Quality Manager, you will ensure the company has robust solutions in place for compliance with regulatory and statutory organisations.

Responsibilites:

Ensure company policies, processes etc. have been reviewed on time
Ensure audits are undertaken to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory administration
Ensure observations of teaching, learning, assessment and review practices are carried out
Ensure client and learner surveys are undertaken and responses are analysed
Analyse trends in relation to progression, completions, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion of apprentices and early leavers
Undertake reviews of client health and safety risk assessments and assist with environmental impact reporting where necessary
Measure compliance against policies, processes etc.
Support the with the creation of company annual self-assessment report
Manage the Quality Improvement Plan
Act as the deputy Ofsted nominee
Manage any compliments or complaints that may be received by the organisation
Line manage the Internal Quality Assurers and Quality Assistant

Essential requirements:

A recognised assessment, quality assurance (D32/D33/A1/A2/CAVA, D34/D35/V1)
A recognised teaching qualification (CTLL/CET, PTLLS/AET, DTLLS/DET)
IT literate

Desirable:

Hold a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle suitable and insured for business use.
A working knowledge of health, safety and environmental risk assessment
IOSH Managing Safely
A quality management qualification (BA Hon Learning Technology and Research, Diploma in Quality Management, Level 5 Certificate in Observation of Teaching Learning)
