We are looking for a proactive, dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our fantastic Recruitment team.
What you will be doing:
- Recruit high quality candidates to work in our Residential and Supported Living services.
- Conduct Initial Pre-Screening.
- Liaise with Service Manager to ensure all recruitment requirements are up to date.
- Pro-actively resource candidates for vacancies.
- Helping devise and coordinate new recruitment initiatives
What we would like you to have to be able to do it:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Recruitment experience desirable
- Willing to travel when required
