What you will be doing:

  • Recruit high quality candidates to work in our Residential and Supported Living services.
  • Conduct Initial Pre-Screening.
  • Liaise with Service Manager to ensure all recruitment requirements are up to date.
  • Pro-actively resource candidates for vacancies.
  • Helping devise and coordinate new recruitment initiatives

What we would like you to have to be able to do it:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Recruitment experience desirable
  • Willing to travel when required
