Overview
Part of the RHS Shows Operations and Exhibitor Services Team, based in the RHS London office in Vincent Square, the position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the accreditation programme for 2023 RHS Flower Shows at Chelsea, Hampton Court Palace and Tatton Park.
The Accreditation Coordinator role will ensure that the accreditation process runs seamlessly, so that attendees, including exhibitors, contractors, suppliers, judges, RHS staff and guests, are all able to access the Shows as smoothly and effortlessly as possible.
The role will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Exhibitor Services Team in developing, building and day-to-day management of the Accreditation system, in conjunction with the external software provider, RFIdentikit. It will involve working closely with the individual Exhibitor Services Coordinators at each show, other key teams within the RHS and external users of the system.
During Show periods, from April to July, the role will involve working extended hours in the evening and weekends. Whilst the role will be based in London, it will also require travel within the UK, working at each of the Show sites at Chelsea, Hampton Court and Tatton Park, during Build, Break and Show dates.
