Lead Plumber – Days – Up to £35,000 – Bristol

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Bristol. My client is currently looking for one key member of staff to complete the team. The successful candidates will be plumbing qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance ideally working within a commercial building. The successful candidate will also have other general trade skills for example carpentry, tiling etc.

The Role-

  • £35,000 (depending on experience)

  • Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Reactive plumbing
  • Drains
  • Toilets
  • Taps
  • Water temps
  • Fixing Leaks
  • Water treatmen
  • Assist Contract Manager in organisation, management and co-ordination of on-site services to ensure service is maintained to the highest standard in all circumstances
  • Ability to carry out minor surveys and inspections
  • Simple Report writing is essential to the role
  • Achieve contract SLA/KPI in all reactive / planned work orders across all service lines for the contract site
  • To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
  • To learn, understand and comply with all MITIE & Client policies and procedures
  • To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner, using point of work risk assessments where required
