With their offices based in South Oxfordshire, this is commutable from Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot, Reading, Swindon, Newbury, Witney, and Aylesbury.

As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the Purchase Ledger from end to end, ensuring every invoice is processed
  • Processing employee expenses and credit card expenses
  • Running Purchase Ledger reports
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Assisting with month-end checking and reconciliations
  • Supporting the year-end audit process

They are looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 year’s work experience within an accounts payable/purchase ledger role
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willing to learn and to challenge methods in which processes are currently performed
