Primary Teaching Assistant

Pay Rate: £69.23 Subject to role

I am recruiting for Teaching Assistance s in primary schools in Weston-Super-Mare where no day is the same and holds new and exciting challenges. There are multiple different schools in which you could end up working in where you will need to challenge yourself to lead and inspire the pupils but also gain and build relationships with the staff. These Schools may require you to work with SEND which will allow you to broaden your skill set working in a school environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be working primarily with KS1 / Key Stage 1. They will also be actively looking to broaden their skill set by working with SEND. The leadership teams in these schools will be on hand to support you throughout your career journey, as all staff are encouraged and supported to prosper.

Requirements:

– 6 months experience in a classroom preferred

– SEND Experience preferred but not essential
