Multi Trade needed for a Maintenance Company undertaking Void repairs on local authority properties.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking all aspects of Carpentry, plumbing, Kitchen fitting, tiling, flooring, door replacements in the empty homes.

Working independently to complete tasks in a set time frame.

Requirements:

Must have all tools for housing repairs – Carpentry, Kitchen fitting, plumbing, tiling, decorating, flooring, UPVC related works.

Plumber needed for a Maintenance Company undertaking repairs and maintenance

Responsibilities:

Undertaking Plumbing repairs

Other trade related work such as Lock repairs / replacements / tiling / decorating / door replacements and various remedial repairs

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence
