Job Title: Program Manager Location: London, UK Duration: 6 Months Day rate:£. – £./day, PAYE Job Description: We’re looking for a Program Manager to work on the Value Added Services Team of the EU Surface Transportation org. (Heavy Good Vehicle logistic). The value added services team is developing services and discounts with Third Party Vendors and then marketing and monitoring the adoption of the given Service/Discount among a group of transportation companies that provide capacity (Trucks + Drivers) to Client. At the moment, the team offers services/discounts on Insurance, Trucks Leasing, Fuel Cards, Parking, etc. For each service/discount of the portfolio, we have 1 Product Manager that is driving the development and continues improvement of the product (mainly 3P vendors / Client leadership facing – market research/product strategy/vendor negotiation/ marketing strategy) and 1 Program Manager (PM) that will execute the strategy proposed by the Product Manager and monitor the performance of the service/discount among the targeted group of the transportation companies. The PM will own the KPI’s, execute deep dives to understand the root cause of the performance trends, solve upcoming operational issues related to the services/discount, interview transportation companies on product satisfaction, aggregate the learning and provide recommendation to the Product Manager on how to improve the services. We’re looking for someone with analytical (for the performance deep dives), communication (for the transportation companies interviews), and strategical thinking (for the aggregation of the inputs and building of the recommendation) skills. Language skills is a positive (Germany, Spanish, French) since we don’t only operate in UK. Experience is the haulage industry is a positive. Experience in business intelligence ( SQL, dashboard building) would be advantageous too. Coordinates internal team inputs for new network design, partners with external carriers implementation, solve problems and influences and drives project to completion.
