Support Worker required for an immediate start date.

Do you enjoy working with young people or looking to expand on your career within social care with a new client group?

We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to provide support to young people aged between 8-19 years displaying challenges and various learning disabilities to include autism, downsyndrome and ADHD.

You will be based in the childrens homes on the campus of the SEN school located near Reading, Berkshire. On site there are many activities to get involved in such as a swimming pool and small farm.

you will be expected to provid minimal personal care, promote inclusion and communication within the young people and daily tasks such as assisting with following care plans, routines, meal preparation and sensory based activities.

Shifts will be Long Days 07:30am-19:45pm.
