Harvey Nash are working alongside a leading global provider of talent and technology solutions currently looking for a Support Desk Analyst to join there hardworking and ambitious IT team on a permanent basis.

The right candidate will be a technically motivated IT support analyst to support a family of 3, colleagues across 41 offices in 16 different countries. You will report directly to the help desk manager and be responsible for receiving requests, collecting information and running initial analysis and registering the calls onto a service desk system alongside supporting the Help Desk Manager in the general running of the Help Desk systems.

You will need to have a good understanding of the following:

  • Azure AD/On-premises AD
