About The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a caring, compassionate and talented Service Leader. This is a great opening to make a real difference to the lives of others and gain great development.
The service is for those with autistic support needs and therefore the knowledge and experience of working with this client group, in this setting would be preferred. As a skilled leader you will be responsible for the overall supervision, quality assurance, monitoring, regulatory requirements and day to day management of staff. The responsibilities for this role are centred on the delivery, quality, financial stability and the on-going development of the service. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the 24-hour management of the Service, ensuring that all aspects of support and service delivery is focused on meeting the needs and preferences of the people supported within the philosophical framework of person centred planning. About You Effective communication, leadership and coaching skills are important as you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be committed to person centred planning and positive risk taking. It is essential you are a driver with a full license.
