Onsite Account Manager (Industrial Recruitment)

Monday – Friday; 6am- 2:30pm

Based in Bamber Bridge, Preston

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 DOE

24 days annual leave + Birthday Leave (rising to 27 with service).

Enhanced sick pay and company pension.

About the role:

Our Onsite Account Managers link Proman with our clients and candidates. The role is the face and voice of Proman, so we need someone who can work strategically with our clients to build our credibility and can understand their needs, whilst being able to build reliable and trusted relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities –

  • Manage the day-to-day Client Requirements in line with the SLA in place.
  • Manage the team resource and the planning during off and on peak periods to enable the business to provide the levels of service agreed with the end Client.
  • Regularly create, manage, and communicate the agreed KPI’s to the Branch Manager
  • Deliver the agreed budgeted GM target within the budgeted overheads agreed.
  • Build our candidate pool in the area.
  • Source candidates, conduct interviews, and assign candidates to roles.
  • Ensure that all team members are working to their respective Job Description

About you:

We are looking for a hardworking individual who can bring enthusiasm and energy to this role.  Ideally, we are looking for candidates with previous experience either in a similar onsite role or experience within industrial/ production environment.  

Ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with people face to face and over the phone and being able to build excellent relationships. You will also have the following skills, experiences, and attributes…

•             Professional telephone manner and appearance.

•             Excellent standard of spoken and written English.

•             Engaging personality with ability to build rapport and trust.

•             An ambitious and competitive nature.

•             Confident and good communicator.

•             Must have a full driving licence and access to a car as the role will involve travel.

•             Excellent work ethic.

•             Excellent computer skills
