My client is looking for a Preconstruction Administration Manager with prior experience in the preconstruction field coordinating and/or managing.

You will be working on-site along with different departments on a permanent basis earning a competitve salary.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Management of administration resources and graphic designers to deliver a high-quality service for all preconstruction activities
  • Ensure efficient management of procurement portals
  • Working with different members from a dedicated highways team
  • Support the Bid Manager in delivering high quality submissions to maximise chances of winning tenders
  • Develop innovative and creative approaches where appropriate to differentiate the bid
  • Complete organisation structures, CV’s and standard form deliverables for PQQs and tenders
  • Manage graphic designer input to develop submission templates and graphical input to tenders
  • Co-ordinate the input required from internal and external contributions to complete supporting information
  • Undertake formatting, editing and final proofing of documents prior to publishing
  • Ensure compliance with submission requirements
  • Ensure error free management of PQQ and tender documentation using different systems
  • Support co-ordination of bid writing / graphic design supply chain
  • Develop and mentor administration and graphics design staff within the team
  • Support the creation of presentations and other business unit specific comms and marketing material
