New role working with a UK leading Tier 1 contractor on 2x schemes in the heart of London on a ongoing freelance contract.

This role will be working 2x days a week only

Applicants with commercial project experience on schemes up to £50m will be selected to interview/start asap.

    • Role/Duties

  • Act as support to the lead Planner in delivery tender, pre construction and active plans for resi schemes
  • Produce Planning reports on current sites
  • Attend design, project and sub-contractor meetings as required
  • Produce construction programmes and monitor progress
  • Ensure key milestones are met

    • Requirements

  • Outside of scope of IR35
  • Experience on residential projects
  • Strong understanding of ASTA project planning software
  • Extensive experience in NEC
  • Able to start within a weeks notice
