We are looking for an exceptional senior HR professional to work for a leading international business.

You will be supporting the business to achieve long term success with a dynamic talent strategy, corporate initiatives and a HR plan that is fit for the next step in the evolution of the business. It is a key role, and the successful applicant will act as coach to the leadership team on all people and organisational matters. You will ensure that they develop effective and efficient processes to support international growth across their operations. This will include talent mapping, succession planning, recruitment, staff retention, employee engagement, attractive compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management and transformational change.

Main responsibilities:

  • Working with the leadership team to lead the organisation through structured change in support of business growth
  • Drive organisational capabilities and structural changes in response to changing strategies and external environment
  • Proactively apply organisational diagnostic expertise to analyse and identify potential and plan for improvements
  • Oversee delivery by the HR department of an efficient, value-added service to the business including responsibility for employee relations, performance management, investigations, payroll, HRIS, policies and procedures
  • Provide strategic and tactical workforce planning and talent development insights in alignment with the business plan and establish quality succession planning for critical roles
  • Drive cultural change and foster diversity and inclusion
  • Ensure all global HR initiatives and programs are effectively rolled out and implemented on time and within budget
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior leaders on HR and people management issues
  • Conduct executive coaching and leadership training
  • Provide coaching and advice to all people managers on performance management, rewards & recognition, development, promotions, training and team building
  • Manage legal, compliance, GDPR and pay reporting requirements across all countries
  • Manage talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for workforce planning and recruitment activities and campaigns to ensure the recruitment of high-quality candidates to meet the business needs

About you – what we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience, stature, and credibility to work independently with PE stakeholders and senior management teams
  • The ability to influence and drive change
  • Degree/Masters Level qualification in a relevant subject
  • Experience of business acquisitions or disposals
  • Extensive HR experience, of which 8+ years should be in a Senior HR Business Partnering/Consulting role
  • International HR experience gained in a fast-growing business would be advantageous
  • Experience gained in a regulated FMGC, healthcare, supplements, medical devices, or pharma business would be considered a major advantage
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong project and time management skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
