The role

Our distribution centre is the bridge between our brand and our amazing customers and partners. Based in Larkfield, Kent it is the hub for the supply and delivery of our products across our global business.

The distribution centre team are dynamic, positive and always in the know so they can keep things moving at pace. Taking the utmost care in ensuring that each delivery, whether to our stores, a business partner or one of our customers, is handled with care and precision.

What will I be doing?

  • Accurately and efficiently picking the AllSaints product to be delivered to stores, including UK mainline stores, concessions, outlets, european and wholesale partners
  • Assisting in processing the product that comes into the warehouse, making sure that paperwork is completed accurately
  • Processing stock returned to the distribution centre from our stand-alone stores as well as our wholesale and franchise partners
  • Identifying and investigating any shortages and maintaining an accurate stock holding within the distribution centre.
  • Ensuring that all stock is supplier compliant before it leaves the distribution centre, including re-packaging, weighing and re-labelling
  • Completing daily and weekly manual stock counts to prevent errors occurring that result in a financial loss to the company
  • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of company property, equipment and materials
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as requested

  • After training, you may also use forklifts, pump trucks and power pallets.
  • Your safety comes first. You must be able to follow safety, quality and production standards
  • You may stand and walk for the majority of your shift. As well as that you may need to be able to lift (products up to 23kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch.
  • About the location

    Our distribution centre is based in Larkfield, Kent. We have approximately 150 employees working acorss logisitics, shipping, warehouse operations and store design. . Approximately a 4 minute drive from New Hythe rail station.
