SiemensHealthineers is looking for a Customer Service Engineer – CT based in the WestMidlands. This is a full-time field role with considerable independencetravelling to and working at customer sites. The role is primarily weekdays,with one weekend day shift on a rota each month. The job comes with anexcellent salary and benefits package.

As a Customer Service Engineer, youwill install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a range of medical imagingequipment and address customer support issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

· Work in cooperation with theSupport Centre to maintain and install Siemens Healthineers products withinyour designated product range and assist under supervision with other products

· Ensure material parts areprocessed in accordance with policy

· Maintain all test equipment,tools and company property in good and working order

· Identify any opportunities toimprove efficiency and effectiveness of team processes.

· When applicable provide out ofhours technical service support and complete individual mandatory weekendworking provision.

· Attend product training courses(in Europe and USA) in order to build competence in providing technicalassistance and support to customers.

To qualify for this job, you will needan HNC/HND in an Electronics, Engineering and/or Bio-Chemistry discipline.Ideally, you will also have previous field service experience undertakingfault-finding on electronic or medical equipment. You will also need thefollowing:

· Solid IT, Microsoft Office andNetworking Infrastructure skills

· A full UK driving license

· Willingness to travel up tofour hours per day and sometimes work flexible hours

· Great customer-facing skills
