This is a busy, friendly company who need a helping hand across the organisation. Day to day, you will be assisting the Marketing and HR teams along with providing general support for the rest of the office.

JOB TYPE: Office Administrator

SALARY: £11.95ph – 12:50ph

START DATE: ASAP

HOURS: 5 days per week – 9am to 5pm

LOCATION: London Bridge Area

Duties

  • Some reception cover and dealing with some incoming calls
  • Assisting Marketing department, social media posts, updating marketing documents
  • Assisting HR department, organising recruitment packs for events, screening candidates, setting up interviews
  • Setting up virtual meetings
  • Some diary management
  • Booking meeting rooms and travel
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Experience

  • Experience within an office environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills at all levels
  • Proactive with great work ethic
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Available immediately
