Manchester United
Purpose
:
To be part of the welcome and administration team within the Museum & Tour function. Working primarily on the reception desks, this is the first point of contact for all visitors to the Museum & Tour.
The Role:
To deliver the highest standards of customer service to all our guests, all the time, acknowledging the variety of languages and cultures that make up our visitor numbers
To use the Club booking system
To assist with the administration of the Museum & Tour function as required
To respond to queries from visitors and staff members helpfully and appropriately
To report and/or respond to any issues with tech and equipment
To ensure workspaces are perfectly presentable, clean, and tidy at all times
To upsell all ancillary museum products and cross sell other Venue related products.
To ensure the reception are fully stocked at all times
Any other duties as reasonably requested by a manager
The Person:
Confident and professional presentation style
Accurate and efficient administrative skills
Organised and methodical approach to work
Ability to read the differences in different groups of people and adapt accordingly
Exemplary customer service skills gained within customer focused environments
High standards of personal presentation
Self-motivated and ability to work independently or as part of a team as required
Intermediate levels of Microsoft Office, English and maths
