    Job Description

    The key responsibilities for the Resourcing Specialist in Bolton are:

  • To deliver full lifecycle recruitment service to the business
  • Full accountability of high volume vacancies ensuring that vacancies are filled in an efficient way, providing hiring managers with high calibre candidates
  • Managing the full vacancy life cycle, from initial briefing with line managers, through effective sourcing, selection, utilisation of Applicant tracking system, liaising with preferred suppliers, through to offer and on boarding
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on all aspects of experienced hiring methodology, including recruitment and search procedures, providing advice and guidance as required
  • Responsible for an excellent candidate journey and experience.
  • Directly source candidates utilising all talent acquisition methodologies – including social media and job boards
  • Prepare candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and build relationships to advise on recruitment strategies, market conditions, competitor information, diversity objectives and compensation.
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, build credibility of the function and source new candidate leads
  • Provide management reports and analysis to the Resourcing Manager

    The successful candidate will have/be:

  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • able to liaise and build relationships with people at all levels
  • knowledge of full recruitment process is desirable
  • an enthusiastic and pro-active approach
  • computer literate with basic Microsoft Excel
  • target driven with a willingness to learn
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • knowledge of job boards, social media such as LinkedIn
  • ability to work at pace and to tight deadlines
