Key Duties Include: Demonstrating our software suite to both UK and international schools to secure sales. Achieving targets as set by the Head of Sales Maintaining contact with our clients and building positive relationships with them. There may be a requirement to visit clients to conduct on-site demonstrations. Attend exhibits/shows across the UK as part of a team. Dealing with enquires from colleagues and customers in a professional manner, following established procedures, referring complex enquires to relevant staff members, ensuring all relevant facts and information needed is recorded and passed on. Ensure that an understanding of the importance of confidentiality is applied when undertaking all duties. Achievement of individual sales targets as agreed with Line Manager Maintaining contact with our clients and building positive relationships with them. To take a proactive approach in cross-selling and up-selling additional modules and products to customers. Be able to identify those schools at risk of leaving us and the reasons why before referring on to the support team for further training.
