£24,741 Per Annum

The overall purpose of our roles will be to provide resolution to the variety of customer enquiries received within the Contact Centre. The Contact Centre predominantly deals with in excess of 4000 inbound calls weekly. You will be required to act as the first point of contact for our tenants and customers. You will identify enquiry types and customer needs within a wide range of issues including repairs, housing service, income, emergency issues and support. In addition to this you will be required to respond to Community Alarm activations from a more vulnerable customer base effectively demonstrating the required technical skills and ability to ensure a sustainable service delivery.

Customer Access Advisor Requirements:

We are looking for people with positive and enthusiastic personalities with a strong focus on customer service and with experience in delivering a front line customer service. Excellent attention to detail, the ability to organise and prioritise work plus the desire to deliver a high quality standard of work is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written will also be required.
