An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Revenues Visiting Officer within the Revenues Department. The post holder will initially be required to work within the Business Rates Section but may be required to work within Council Tax at other times.

2 posts are available. One permanent post and one 2-year Fixed Term post.

The post is a demanding role that ideally requires experience in working in business rates and/or council tax. However, applications will be considered if you do not have such experience but can demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication skills are required and the ability to work flexibly across all aspects of Business Rates administration. The Revenues Section forms part of the Finance Department. The post holder will be expected to work closely with Finance colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the Department.
