Job Title: Part-Time, Support Worker – 32 hours per week (Driver Required)

Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire

Pay: £10.00 per hour

  • Shifts: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

    Role Overview:-
    As a Support Worker at our day centre in Rugeley, Staffordshire, you will support people with activities in the centre and out in the community to ensure that they live as fulfilling life as possible.

    We provide high quality support to adults with a learning disability and other complex needs. We offer individualised care packages that incorporate social, vocational, leisure and educational activities and increase their presence in the community. Activity plans are tailored to each person’s aspirations, needs and interests and are designed to help individuals to pursue a more independent lifestyle. All activities are fully risk assessed.

    Requirements:-
    Support Workers in this location preferably with working/paid experience in the healthcare sector, however, full / relevant training will be given to all successful candidates.

    It is essential for candidates to have a Full UK (Manual) Driving Licence and would need to be either over 21 years old to drive the service cars and at least 25 years old to drive the adapted service vehicles.
