Rail
The Office Manager is based within our Networks Rail business area.

We support Network Rail and other rail industry customers in providing a safe, reliable and efficient rail network across Great Britain. Whether you’re a skilled or aspiring rail professional, there are some incredible opportunities.

The role

The difference our new Office Manager will make
As an Office Manager you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be providing Facilities Management service for the main office at Cadder. You will also be primarily responsible for the office building accommodating circa 380 staff.

Day to day, you will be interfacing with clients, customers and ensuring storage facilities are to standard.

Essential experience

* Previous experience in building management/building regulations
* Interface contractor – maintenance experience
* Office and surrounding area security experience
* NEBOSH qualification or similar recognised Safety Qualification
* Member of a professional body such as IWIFM other relevant professional body
