Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join a luxury brand and multiple award winning business

You will join as their Online Recruiter – you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and identifying the best talents using online platforms like LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Heads of Department and HR Manager to understand key resource requirements that meet both current and future organisational needs.
  • To manage the online platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc.)
  • To develop and implement job adverts, email response templates and key messaging to during phone calls to attract qualified candidates. This includes proofreading the advert copy, ensuring consistency, and using branded templates.
  • To continuously monitor and manage the online platforms recruitment inbox, including responding to candidate’s queries, speculative applications and passing the CVs on for further consideration.
  • Managing the job adverts on our online platforms and our own website, ensuring relevant information are collated and available.
  • Carrying out the initial screening of the candidate’s application and liaising with the Head of Department and HR Manager to create a short list of candidates.
  • Manage all the data recruitment information, ensuring its secured and confidential.
  • Making recommendations to Heads of Departments with regards to the calibre and suitability of applicants received.
  • Responsible for the full management for the LinkedIn recruitment process for the private office. This includes supporting with the job descriptions, interview support and sharing feedback to the CEO and/or key members of the private office.
  • Key Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:

  • Experience of every aspect of the online/LinkedIn search recruitment and selection process
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proven ability to write attractive and effective adverts to online job boards
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success working within a team
  • Excellent ability to deal with advert responses, managing candidates effectively and professionally
  • Sourcing savvy – able to find and reach out to passive candidates with personalised messages that build relationships and prompt talented candidates to apply
